•50g shiratamako flour (glutinous rice flour)
•1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
•1 tbsp sugar
•8 chocolate balls
•unsweetened cocoa for dusting
LET’S GET COOKING…
1.In a bowl, combine shiratamako, sugar and water. Mix and knead until it forms a dough and the texture feels like an earlobe. Divide into 8 and mold into balls.
2.Fill with a chocolate ball, making sure to mold the dough back into a ball.
3.Put in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
4.Drain on paper towels and dust with cocoa.
