How to make Swedish Chocolate Truffles (Chokladbollar)

Growing up in Sweden one of my favorite desserts was Choklad Bollar (chocolate truffles. My brother and I made them for our families movie night. I hope you enjoy making them as much as I do 🙂 lots of love

150grams of Butter
200 ml of sugar
1,5 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
4,5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
350 ml oatmeal
2 – 3 tablespoons of coffee
Shredded coconut to roll the truffles in or you can use sprinkles.
(i prefer the shredded coconut over the sprinkles because i find the sprinkles makes them to sweet.
Chill the chocolate truffles in the fridge for an hour or two before devouring them. 🙂 Enjoy
