Easy and simple cake recipe of how to make chocolate ganache with fresh cream. I prefer Amul’s fresh cream but you can use any brand of dark chocolate and fresh cream as per the availability. You can store this mixture in an air tight container for a month and can use it with Fondant cake or chocolate truffle cake. Here are the ingredients and recipe.
400gm Morde’s Dark Chocolate Compound
200gm Amul’s Fresh Cream
Finely chop dark chocolate compound. Pour fresh cream in a pan and melt it in medium flame (don’t boil). Mix chopped dark chocolate compound with melted fresh cream and stir it on medium flame. Stir for 5-10 mins till both ingredients are mixed well and formed a thick mixture.
